When someone requests information, the "Memorization Affidavit" is sent to them. Request may be made via U.S. mail (2200 Lebanon Rd., Nashville, TN 37214), via phone (615) 883-1687) or it can be downloaded from our website, www.tencommandmentsproject.org.
After the child has memorized and recited the Ten Commandments before an authorized witness, the authorized witness fills out their affidavit to validate the genuineness of the efforts.
(The Authorized Witness can be a pastor, priest, rabbi, public or private school teachers, elected government official, an adult youth leader, or a person authorized by The TEN COMMANDMENTS PROJECT staff. (Relatives do not qualify as authorized witnesses)
Upon receiving the affidavit, The TEN COMMANDMENTS PROJECT mails a personal letter of congratulations to the child plus additional scholarship benefits. |
