Three Incentive Programs From Which to Choose!
FULL SCHOLARSHIPS
(Available to children 16 years old and younger)
One hundred (100) scholarships will be awarded each month from January 1, 2006 until December 31st 2007. Interested Authorized Witness and/or children must contact The TEN COMMANDMENTS office to receive a numbered affidavit. Numbered affidavits must be returned within sixty days to qualify for the ($10.00) ten dollar encouragement reward. Authorized Witnesses are limited to ten (10) numbered affidavits each month. (Relatives do not qualify as an authorized witness)
Children's benefits include:
    1. A personal $10.00 check
    2. A letter of congratulation
    3. Free offer for a Wonder book
    4. A certificate of accomplishment suitable for framing
When leaving a message at the TEN COMMANDMENT offices telephone number, (615) 883-1687, speak distinctly stating your name, address and telephone number. Then repeat your name, address and telephone number. Repeating will insure that we have the correct information.
