Starting January 1, 2006 until December 31, 2007 The TEN COMMANDMENTS PROJECT will:

Upon receipt of signed and validated affidavits, send to each child:
    1. A personal letter of congratulation
    2. An offer to receive a FREE Wonder Book
    3. A certificate of accomplishment suitable for framing

If you prefer, call The TEN COMMANDMENTS Project office (615) 883-1687 and a form will be mailed to you. (Relatives do not quality as an Authorized Witness.)
